What I've been up to and apologies

Sorry I haven't been updating this more often. I've had a lot to say but haven't taken the time to say it. I will try to do better in the future. I will try to post at least once a week. Actually, I'll try to post more often than that but ... hey ... whatever.
I'm also trying to get a picture of myself up on this but I don't have one that I like. Actually, I do like them but they are rather dated. I'll probably have to get off my butt and have a new one taken. I'll put it on my list of stuff to do this weekend. So be looking for it. I'm going to go get some coffee and be back later.
